Whether I'm untangling confusing workplace systems, helping a business owner get back on top of the hundred things pulling them in different directions, or creating resources that help parents finally understand what's going on, I'm usually doing the same thing.

Looking for what's getting in the way.

Most people aren't struggling because they're lazy, disorganised or "not good enough."

They're struggling because something isn't working.

The system.

The communication.

The process.

The expectations.

The information.

Sometimes all of the above.

I like finding the bit that's creating all the unnecessary friction, stripping away the noise and helping people move forward without making them feel they need to become someone else first.

I don't do buzzwords.

I don't believe everything has to be complicated to be valuable.

And I definitely don't think you should leave a conversation more confused than when it started.

For 16 years I worked in education helping children understand things in ways that finally made sense. These days I bring that same approach into everything I do—whether that's neuro-inclusive consultancy, virtual assistant support or creating practical resources for education.
